International Business Services:
your virtual PA in The Netherlands!

Van Unnik Business Services offers consultancy, advice and guidance to foreign companies intending to establish an office in the Netherlands - and to international organizations that need occasional assistance from an experienced Dutch PA!

Companies that consider to locate and staff an office in the Netherlands will likely be in contact with the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (www.nfia.nl), a government agency that facilitates foreign companies' direct investments in the Netherlands.

NFIA (or your international accountancy firm) will introduce you to a variety of Dutch networks and service suppliers. You will probably pay a short visit to the Netherlands to meet people and see places, but then what? You will return to your country, your day-to-day operations will take up a lot of your time, and you are at a distance of the Dutch organization you would like to start or expand. It will be difficult and time consuming to keep in touch with all individual Dutch suppliers and service providers.

What you need in that stage is a 'one-stop shop', taking care of your business in the Netherlands, co-ordinating and organizing the initial requirements. A spider in the web until your office is staffed. Van Unnik Business Services offers professional hands-on business support and will manage, supervise and integrate all contacts for you. We can help you to establish your operations from an organizational, administrative, resourcing, legal, financial and logistics perspective.

Our long and extensive experience in running organizations makes us very competent for these tasks. It goes without saying that we can provide excellent references. Contact us to learn more.
